Police believe several strong-arm robberies have gone unreported

Winnipeg police are investigating several 'strong-arm robberies' in which victims have been confronted, assaulted and robbed of clothing and/or electronic devices.

At least some of the incidents occurred downtown while others occurred in St. Vital, police said.

Victims were accosted by more than one person.

Police believe that several recent strong-arm robberies have gone unreported.

To assist in the ongoing investigation, officers are requesting anyone who may have been victimized in this way to call 986-6668 to make a report.
