A man on the Winnipeg police’s radar has formally been charged after interfering with photo radar.
The suspect, who has been warning drivers of photo radar locations and radar ‘speed traps,’ was arrested by members of the traffic unit Wednesday. He is facing three counts of obstructing police and was released on a promise to appear.
The Winnipeg man is a member of the anti-photo radar group Wise Up Winnipeg.
