Police investigate city's 7th homicide

Winnipeg police are investigating the city's seventh homicide.

Police said they found a 17-year-old male lying in the street at Salter Street and Dufferin Avenue with upper-body injuries on Saturday at 11 p.m.

The teen was rushed to hospital where he died.

An 18-year-old male who was found injured nearby was also taken to hospital, where he is in critical condition.

Police are interviewing several people.

No other information is being released.
