  • Print

Winnipeg police are looking for a man riding a black bicycle who is suspected of committing two sexual assaults last week.

A 20-year-old female was jogging in Assinboine Park on June 4 when she was inappropriately touched by a man who rode by on a bike.

Last Friday a 12-year-old girl was walking with friends in the area of Mount Royal Road and Turner Avenue when she was inappropriately touched by a man passing by on a bike.

The man is described as Caucasian in his late teens to early-20s with a small to medium build and short brown hair in a brush-cut style and a tattoo on his left calf. The bike was described as either a BMX or mountain-style bike.

Anyone with information is asked to call investigators at 204-986-2877 or CrimeStoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
