Winnipeg police are looking for a 12-year old Winnipeg girl who’s been missing for nearly a week.
Britney Lamy was last seen on Canada Day, July 1, in The Forks area, police said in a missing person’s report this afternoon.
There have been sightings of her since then in the McPhillips Street and Inkster Boulevard areas, but none of them have been confirmed.
Police said they are concerned for her well-being and ask anyone with information to call the missing persons unit at 204-986-6250 or CrimeStoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
Lamy is known to frequent the North End.
She is described as aboriginal in appearance, 5-foot-7, 120 pounds and last seen wearing a blue and black sundress, blue shorts and black sandals.
