RCMP investigating slaying on Black River First Nation

RCMP are investigating a homicide after a man was found dead on Black River First Nation.

RCMP were called to a residence around 2 a.m. this morning and found a deceased adult man. RCMP have ruled the death a homicide and are currently still on scene.

No further information is available and RCMP Powerview detachment, serious crime unit and Winnipeg forensic identification unit are investigating.
