Rain to return, possibly thunderstorms as well

  • Print

Those looking for a break from the wet stuff will have to wait another day.

Environment Canada says more rain is in the forecast today, with a good chance of thunderstorms blowing through the Winnipeg region this afternoon. The wind will be from the north at 20 km/h and the high is expected to hit 21 C.

For tonight, look for more rain and a risk of a thunderstorm this evening. The shower activity should end around midnight. The low will be around the 12 C mark.

Tuesday is calling for cloudy skies and a high of 20 C.

Wednesday figures to be sunny with a high of 22 C.

Conditions are expected to really heat up for the end of the week; highs around 28 C are expected for Thursday and Friday.
