Rain today could lead to snow Tuesday

  • Print

There's no easy way to say this. Snow is in the forecast.

Not today though, as it is rain that is on the way with showers beginning late this afternoon with a high of 12 C. Showers will continue tonight with about 5 mm expected. The low tonight will be 6 C.

Tuesday is when the white stuff is expected as rain showers will change to periods of light show in the late afternoon. A northwest wind will gust from 40 km/h to 60 km/h but diminish to 20 km/h by evening. The temperature will fall to -2 C in the afternoon with a low of -7 C.

On Wednesday there will be a mix of sun and cloud with a low of -7 C and a high of -3 C.

Sunny skies and above-zero temperatures will be back by Thursday with a high of 2 C.
