Redwood Bridge closed this weekend

The Redwood Bridge will be closed this weekend for structural steel repairs, inspection and maintenance, the City of Winnipeg said in a press release.
The closure is in effect from Saturday at 6 a.m. until Monday at 6 a.m.
The south sidewalk will remain open for pedestrian traffic. Motorists are reminded to allow additional travel time and to use alternate routes such as the Disraeli Bridges and Louise Bridge, the city said.
