Residents safely escape house fire in Maples
An early morning house fire in the Maples caused $130,000 of damage.
A fire department spokesman said a fire started in the first 100 block of Manor House Court shortly after 4:30 a.m. Everyone in the home was able to get out safely and no one was injured. The fire caused $100,000 to the home's structure and $30,000 to its contents.
The cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
