Robber flees with $1,200 in goods from West Kildonan convenience store

A man armed with a weapon robbed a convenience store in West Kildonan of about $1,200 worth of goods early today, police said.

The  robber demanded the goods just before 2 a.m. from a 31-year-old female employee at the store, in the 1800-block of Main Street.

The robber is described as: a Caucasian male, about 23-29 years of age, 5’-9" tall, with a medium build and clean shaven.
