RCMP in Lac du Bonnet are looking for a camper who went missing over the weekend.
Christopher Cloutier, 24, was camping with friends at Shoe Lake in Nopiming Provincial Park when he was separated from the group. He was last seen at approximately 3 p.m. on Saturday.
It’s believed Cloutier has food and supplies in his backpack.
Cloutier is described as 6-foot-1, approximately 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last wearing white shorts, but he has other clothes (jeans, sweater and a hoodie) in his backpack.
Manitoba Conservation officers, Search and Rescue Manitoba, the Office of the Fire Commissioner and the Civil Air Search and Rescue Association are assisting with the search, which is being conducted by foot, boat and helicopter.
If you have any information on Cloutier, please contact the Lac du Bonnet RCMP at (204) 345-6311 or call Crime Stoppers (800) 222-8477.
