Shoal River woman dead following rollover

A 25-year-old Shoal River woman is dead following a single-vehicle rollover on Highway 60 Saturday night.

RCMP from The Pas and area EMS responded to a 911 call on Hwy. 60, roughly 2.5 km east of Highway 10, at around 9:15 p.m. They say a driver was thrown from her vehicle after losing control and rolling.

The driver was found dead at the scene of the crash. The reason for the loss of control hasn't been determined. RCMP say the driver, the sole occupant of the vehicle, wasn't wearing a seatbelt.

RCMP are continuing to investigate with the help of an RCMP traffic analyst.
