Steinbach RCMP looking for vandals

Vehicles and patio tables were attacked during a "senseless mischief" spree in Steinbach this weekend.

Between 1 and 5 a.m. Sunday, an unknown culprit or culprits smashed the windows and windshields of several vehicles on First Street and Giesbrecht Street causing several thousands of dollars in damage, according to Steinbach RCMP.

There was also a report of damage to the patio tables at a local restaurant on Main Street during the same time period.

The RCMP are calling the vandalism a string of "senseless mischiefs," and are looking for information to identify the suspect or suspects.

Anyone with information about the crimes is asked to call the Steinbach RCMP at 204-326-4452 or Manitoba Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
