Sunny skies on tap for Monday

The Winnipeg work week begins with a bright moment as sunny skies and warm spring temperatures are in Monday’s forecast.

Monday’s high is expected to reach 20 C with winds coming from the south at 20 km/h.

Enjoy the sunshine while it lasts, though, as Environment Canada forecasts a 60 per cent chance of rain on Tuesday. The high will be 20 C, with the low at 10.

The sun and warm temperatures return Wednesday, with a high of 20 C and a low of 9.

Clouds are expected to roll in on Thursday, keeping the high at 16 C, but the sun should return on Friday, pushing the mercury up to 18 C.
