  • Print

The first day of May should be a beautiful day.

Environment Canada is calling for mainly sunny skies, a north wind blowing at 30 km/h and a high of 14 C this afternoon. Enjoy it while you can, because it’s going to get a little wet once again.

The clouds are expected to start rolling into the Winnipeg region this evening, with a few showers expected to hit the area after midnight. Tonight’s low is 5 C.

For Friday, there’s a good chance of more precipitation. Showers are expected in the morning, early afternoon and then into the evening. Friday’s high is 11 C.

The forecast for the weekend calls for sunshine and cool temperatures, with highs nearing the 10 C mark.
