Suspect in bank robberies considered armed and dangerous

Winnipeg police are asking for the public’s help in locating a local man suspected of several local bank robberies.

Police said Christopher Thomas Hastings, 26, is considered armed and dangerous and was last seen in the company of his three young children.

Hastings is also wanted on Canada-wide warrant for parole revocation.

Police said while they are cautioning the public to avoid any dealings with Hastings, they are not concerned for the safety of his three young children at this time.

Hastings is described as white, 6’ tall, 240 lbs., heavy build with short brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Hastings is asked to call police at 204-986-6219 or Winnipeg Crime Stoppers at 204-786-8477.
