Teen faces graffiti charges

An 18-year-old man is facing 55 counts of graffiti-related mischief charges.

Property in St. Boniface, East Kildonan and North Kildonan was targeted with graffiti tags. It cost nearly $28,000 to clean and remove the markings, police said.

Following the execution of a search warrant on a Stranmillis Avenue residence, police charged Zachary Sean Carver, who was already was in custody on related charges.
