Thieves swipe tool, equipment from Blumenort lagoon site

WINNIPEG -- Police are asking for the public’s help after someone broke into the Blumenort lagoon site April 23 and stole tools and equipment including a John Deere Gator off-road vehicle, a 300-watt Honda generator, and a Honda boat motor.

Thieves cut through a chain link fence and gained entry into a trailer parked in a compound at the Blumenort lagoon, RCMP said in a news release.
