Three charged with drug, weapons offences

Police arrested three people and seized thousands of dollars in drugs and weapons after a warrant was executed Friday in the West Alexander neighbourhood.

Police seized two loaded guns, ammunition, almost $5,000 in cocaine, $1,600 in marijuana, marijuana resin, prescription medication as well as cellphones from a home in the 600 block of Pacific Avenue.

Sarah Murray, 29, Joseph Sinclair, 25, and Thomas Halpin, 26, are charged with drug and weapons offences.

They were remanded in custody.
