Three to hospital after horse and carriage accident
Three people have been taken to hospital with undetermined injuries after the horses and carriage in which they were riding this evening north of St. Laurent was struck from behind by a car on Highway 6.
RCMP Cpl. Miles Hiebert said emergency personnel and police are still investigating at the scene.
The horses were not injured, he said.
Hiebert said that the carriage is a privately-owned buggy, and that they appear to have just gone out for an evening ride.
Further details will be released Saturday.
