Tornado warnings in eastern Manitoba ended around 2:10 p.m., according to Environment Canada.
A funnel cloud had been spotted near Rennie in eastern Manitoba around 1 p.m.
The weather agency had issued tornado warnings for areas around Hadashville, Rennie, Pinawa, Lac du Bonnet, West Hawk Lake, Falcon Lake and the Shoal Lake First Nation.
The system moving south across the Red River Valley and southeastern Manitoba will likely trigger showers and isolated thunderstorms throughout the afternoon and into the early evening.
