Two males, aged 15 and 20, are facing charges after a large quantity of electronics were stolen from a location in the 2300 block of McPhillips Street last Saturday.
During the investigation of the incident, Winnipeg police saw some of the items for sale on the Internet and set up a meeting.
On Wednesday, investigators met and arrested a male who had several of the stolen items in his possession. A search warrant was obtained for the male's residence in the area of Gilmore Avenue and Henderson Highway where several of the stolen items were recovered.
A second individual who was involved in the break-and-enter was arrested later Wednesday and was found to also be responsible for a break-and-enter on July 23, 2012 in the 300 block of Jefferson Avenue.
Both males face charges of possession property obtained by crime under $5,000 while the 15-year-old male has also been charged with breaking and entering.
