Environment Canada is forecasting sunny skies and a high of just -4 C today. That should seem downright tropical after this morning, when most Winnipeggers woke up to a temperature around the -20 C mark.
Expect a few clouds and a low of -12 C tonight.
Things should start to warm up Saturday, with a high of 3 C forecast. There is a catch, of course; a 40 per cent chance of wet flurries during the day.
