Warmer weather on way for tomorrow

The deep freeze continues.
Winnipeggers woke up to a frigid Boxing Day morning, and a windchill that makes it feel like -29 C. Environment Canada expects the temperatures will reach -21 C.
Warmer weather is on the way tomorrow, with a forecast high of -13 C.
