Week ahead shaping up to be a hot one

Another near-perfect week of weather awaits with heat, heat and more heat, according to Environment Canada.

Today, expect to see partly cloudy skies with a high of 31 C, a low of 18 C and a UV index of 7.

Monday, look for a clear, mainly sunny day with a high of 30 C and a low of 18 C. Tuesday’s weather is following suit, with mainly sunny skies, a high of 30 C and a low of 17 C.

While Wednesday is continuing the trend – sunny, with a high of 28 C and a low of 17 C – Thursday appears to be breaking from the pack. According to Environment Canada, we’ll be experiencing showers for most of the day, with a high of 24 C.

But the umbrellas can be put away again in time for the weekend. Friday’s forecast calls for clear, sunny skies with a high of 31 C and a low of 16 C.
