Wet, cloudy day forecast for city

Winnipeggers woke up today to a soggy morning.

Environment Canada expects rain showers or flurries will end this morning, but cloudy skies will stick around. Today's high is 4 C. Clouds are expected to clear this evening, with a low of -3 C.

A mix of sun and cloud is expected for Wednesday with a high of 4 C and a 30 per chance of showers in the afternoon.
