Winnipeg part of Bieber concert tour

OMG! Justin Bieber is coming back to town!
The insanely popular teen singer will play MTS Centre Thursday, Oct. 18 at 7 p.m. Presale tickets go on sale for Canadian dates between May 24 and 30. General tickets will go on sale Friday June 1 at 1 p.m.
Ticket prices will range between $54.75 and $106.25.
Bieber is touring North America to promote Believe, his upcoming album.
