Winnipeg's youth to offer advice on city's downtown
WINNIPEG -- Young people will tell the business community today what Winnipeg’s downtown is missing.
The youth will get to share their opinions while taking part in Downtown BIZ’s Young Entrepreneurs Take Downtown Event. The event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., includes informational sessions with various business groups and a walking tour of downtown.
Downtown Biz is hoping the event inspires young people to start businesses downtown. For more information call 958-4640.
