American Idol star taking off pounds

NASHVILLE, Tenn.-- Lauren Alaina doesn't weigh herself anymore.
She says she's lost more than 30 pounds since singing on American Idol last year.
She says she's been working out all the time and eating right.
Her manager told her it doesn't matter about the number on the scale, "just as long as you feel good in your clothes."
