Google has gone country with its Street View feature.

The search engine giant has gone live in over 150 cities and towns in Canada, according to a release. Rural Manitoba is now on-line, with panoramic versions of Brandon, Dauphin, Gimli, and Riding Mountain National Park now available.

Google street view arrived in Winnipeg this past December.

The unique web look arrives just in time for the Winter Olympics in Vancouver. Alpine runs at Whistler and new versions of Olympic venues were a part of the update, the company also announced.

Street view, which provides users a pedestrian view on Google Maps, is now available in all provinces and territories (excluding Nunavet and Labrador).

wow, nobody wants to see rural manitoba

Nice story, but Corydon Avenue is not rural Manitoba.

I think you mean Nunavut, and Newfoundland and Labrardor.

Hurrah for Google! This is such great, fun stuff!
