Where: 800 block of Portage Avenue
A woman lost her purse and later discovered that a credit card inside the purse had been used by two women at an electronics store. Their images were captured on the store's video surveillance cameras.

When: July 18, 2012
Where: 3300 block of Portage Avenue
A man entered a liquor store and selected two bottles of liquor. When he realized he was being followed, he ran past the checkouts, jumped into a waiting car with the licence plates removed and drove off.
