When: March 8 to March 15

Where: Winnipeg

Beginning March 8, a woman went to several money-lending/cash-advance businesses throughout the city and obtained money using false ID. The last transaction occurred March 15.

 

INCIDENT 412

When: May 11

Where: 2132 McPhillips St.

A man entered a Real Canadian Superstore, filled a bag with food products and left without paying. When security confronted the man outside, he dropped the bag and fled on foot.
