INCIDENT 247

When: Sept. 10

Where: 400 block of River Avenue

A man entered a liquor store and went directly to the vodka section, where he selected a bottle and stuffed it down the front of his pants. He made no attempt to pay as he left the store.

INCIDENT 248

When: Aug. 16

Where: 1200 block of St Mary's Road.

A man and woman entered a shopping mall cosmetics store, where the man selected a number of perfumes and concealed them in his partner's purse. The couple then left the store without paying.
