Where: 300 block of Portage Avenue

A man conceived of a scheme to defraud a vulnerable person he had just met and he escorted her to a bank ATM. He stole a quantity of money from the woman. His image was captured on a security camera.

INCIDENT 254

When: Since September

Where: Across the city

The man pictured here is responsible for defrauding a number of financial institutes throughout the city of money, by using false identification and writing bad cheques. The crimes date back to September.
