Man killed in three-vehicle collision

ONE man died Sunday night in a three-vehicle collision just south of the Perimeter Highway.

The crash occurred at about 6 p.m., three kilometres south of the Perimeter Highway on Highway 330, RCMP said.

The initial investigation revealed a southbound Cadillac SUV and a northbound Jaguar crashed head-on. A GMC SUV was also involved, RCMP said.

The driver of the Jaguar was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Cadillac SUV, an adult woman, was transported to hospital. Two women in the GMC SUV were not injured.

Searchers find body of Cross Lake man

A fisherman whose boat was found travelling in circles on Cross Lake on Saturday was found dead Sunday.

After the boat was found unattended, police and local volunteers searched for the fisherman.

The volunteers found the body of a 68-year-old Cross Lake resident the next day, RCMP said in a release.

The Pas woman arrested for bus incident

A Manitoba woman faces charges after Mounties were called about a disturbance on a Greyhound bus.

Police say the bus was travelling west through Manitoba on Saturday night when a female passenger got into a dispute with other passengers, and then allegedly threatened them.

No weapons were involved, police said.

The driver notified RCMP and officers arrested a 32-year-old woman from The Pas when the bus arrived in Neepawa.
