Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade
Revellers take to the streets of Manhattan during this year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, which for many Americans serves as the kickoff to the festive season. Featuring giant balloons, stunning floats and Santa, the spectacle attracts millions of viewers. NBC, 8 a.m.
Settle in for an American Thanksgiving tradition and enjoy some football, beginning with the Green Bay Packers visiting the Detroit Lions, and continuing into the evening with the Oakland Raiders taking on the Dallas Cowboys and the Pittsburgh Steelers at the Baltimore Ravens.
