Sunday's Horoscope

MOON ALERT: We have the all clear to do business (whether $10 or $10 million) and make important decisions. The moon is in Libra.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

Be careful about going overboard, because you might be tempted to do this. However, it's a strong day. Be prepared to meet others more than halfway because the moon is opposite your sign. Power struggles are a possibility with someone this evening.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

You're keen to work and get things done. It's a classic day to write a to-do list and check items off. (What a sense of satisfaction.) You might do something to boost your health or buff your bod. Guard against being so enthusiastic you actually overdo something.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

This is a lovely, playful day. Enjoy saucy flirtations, romantic getaways, playful times with children, sports events, movies, the theatre, musical performances and picnics. The bottom line is simply this: You want to have fun! (So say we all.)

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

You're focused on domestic matters ranging from yardwork to puttering around your home because you feel happy to withdraw from the busy world around you. Family discussions could be significant. You might even want to invite the gang over for a barbecue. (They can bring the salad.)

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

This is a busy, curious day. You'll enjoy short trips and talking to other people. You'll love meeting new faces and seeing new places. You feel enthusiastic and exuberant about life, so by all means get out and enjoy yourself. This is also a good day for writing.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Financial matters, cash flow and major purchases all get a green light. There might be a tendency to overdo something -- spend too much money or overestimate something, but it's probably not too problematic. (Money talks but chocolate sings.)

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

The moon is in your sign, which makes you feel interconnected in this binary universe. Enjoy talking to others and expect things to go your way, because that is the likelihood. If you want something, just ask. (That's because the universe owes you a favour.)

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Solitude in beautiful surroundings will appeal to you because you need peace and quiet. Welcome any opportunity to pull yourself together psychologically, emotionally and physically. Romance with a boss or someone older might be heating up.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Enjoy discussions with others, especially in group situations. A conversation with a female could be significant. Listen to the input of someone, because it could affect how you approach your future goals. Churchill said, "Only one link in the chain of destiny can be handled at a time." (Don't look too far ahead.)

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Be confident speaking to authority figures. You are noticed whether or not you're aware of this. Why not demand the advantage? This is a solid day to go after what you want, although don't be greedy -- don't ask for too much. "You take what you need and leave the rest, but they should never have taken the very best."

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

Travel will please you. Similarly, you will love to learn something, so if you can take a course, talk to people from different backgrounds or explore a new study, this will please you. Basically, you want to broaden your horizons and inject a little excitement into your life.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

Set aside some time to tie up loose ends with red-tape details regarding inheritances, taxes, debt, banking, paying bills and dealing with shared property. Even 30 minutes will make a dent in this and you'll feel so good later.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY

Actress Jane Lynch (1960) shares your birthday. Your strong, quiet confidence is so seductive you can convince anyone of anything. You easily win the hearts of others with charm and good humour, and yet you sometimes doubt your ability to do this. In the coming year, something you've been involved with for nine years will end or diminish to make room for something new.
