Today's Horoscope
MOON ALERT We have the all clear today to do business and make important decisions. The moon is in Scorpio.
ARIES (March 21-April 19)
Conversations with authority figures will be unusually intense. You will say what you mean and mean what you say! You're concerned about long-range planning that affects financial or practical support that you need. You don't want people messing around with this or ignoring it.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20)
In political or religious discussions, you will definitely state your opinions. Furthermore, you will weigh into any discussion even if other people with much more experience are present. That's because you feel so passionately about something!
GEMINI (May 21-June 20)
Disputes about shared property, taxes, debt or insurance matters might take place. You're especially keen to find long-term solutions, especially for the future. Someone might think they are doing the same thing, yet you are both at odds. (Classic misunderstanding.)
CANCER (June 21-July 22)
Discussions with others will be intense, no question. In fact, others might feel threatened by what you say because you're coming on so strong. However, you might attract someone to you who is coming on strong as well! This could go either way.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)
You're keen to introduce improvements and reforms at work, which is a good thing. But it's not good to coerce others into agreeing with you, even if you think so. Pull back a little and let people have input into long-range future plans. Others will more easily support something if they think they own it.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Romantic discussions will be intense! Ditto for talks with children. You don't have to cure the world before bedtime. Lighten up with discussions about sports, children and romance. It's far better to achieve consensus than steamroll over others.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
Go gently in discussion with parents or family members, because it's easy to come on too strong. (Likewise, others might not be too strong!) Just remember that if you really want someone to listen to you, whisper. Works every time.
SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
You will do well in all kinds of mental work today because your mind is very penetrating and decisive. You will dig to the bottom of whatever you are dealing with. You don't want superficial solutions. Discussions with siblings could be revealing. ("You mean Mom always liked me best?")
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
You are so focused on something that you feel obsessed about either buying something or obsessed about how you want to earn some money. This obsession could blind you to other approaches and solutions. Just keep that in mind.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
You might encounter opposition from others, especially if you come on too strong. This is because you tend to see things in black-and-white terms right now and you're confident about your views. Although you might solve a mystery, you could make faster headway by listening to others.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
This is a fabulous day for research or digging for answers. Your ability to unveil secrets and discover hidden truths is quite amazing, in part because your mind is like a laser today, ready to penetrate to the bottom of whatever it seeks. Shazzam!
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)
Discussions with groups might be a bit lopsided simply because you are so focused on one idea. It's better to be open to what others have to say because their input could be valuable. Don't try to persuade others to agree with you. Ironically, this might only create distance or put them off.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY
Celebrity chef/writer Nigella Lawson (1960) shares your birthday. You are hard-working and courageous. Your courage is demonstrated not only in your physical environment and daily world but also in your philosophy of life. You are ready to face whatever is the truth. You believe in devotion, love and sacrifice to duty. In the year ahead, you will work to build or construct something and your rewards will soon follow.
