THE University of Winnipeg is being mysterious about this Monday's ceremonial opening of what it calls a prestigious new library.
Located on the second floor of Bryce Hall, "The library will house a significant collection that spans time and language, and is inspired by love, music, and art," U of W officials said Friday.
Taking part in the ceremony will be president Lloyd Axworthy, Eckhardt Gramatté Foundation chairman and U of W Chancellor Emeritus John Bulman, and Sandra Kirby, associate vice-president (academic), dean of graduate studies and acting dean of the library.
The ceremony and official opening begin at 1 p.m.
