-- Manitoba Schizophrenia Society is looking for someone to promote its current supports and services by mail, email, online message boards, social media, etc. Information: Viola 204-786-1616 or info@mss.mb.ca .

-- WNDX Festival of Moving Image needs box office volunteers to communicate with the public about upcoming events/screenings, handle cash and take payments for their publications and tickets to events, and keep record of attendance. Information: Karen 204-999-5267 or karen@wndx.org .

-- WAG is hosting its 100th Birthday Party/Nuit Blanche Sept. 29. Volunteers are needed to help with balloons, face painting, children's activities and many other tasks. Information: Mike 204-786-6641 or mmalyk@wag.ca .

-- Junior Achievement of Manitoba is seeking volunteers for the after-school company program. As an "adviser," you will help guide a group of ambitious high school students to create and run their own company for three hours per week from Nov.-April.
