Nearly New Shop at 961 Portage Ave. needs volunteers this winter for a three-hour shift once a week. All proceeds are donated to the Children's Hospital Foundation. Information: 204-772-3629.

The Western Canada Aviation Museum is looking for volunteers to join our enthusiastic, friendly, hard-working team. An archival assistant and a photo archivist are required in the library. Specific training will be provided, but a basic knowledge of computers is necessary. Information: Pam at 204-786-0730 or online (programs@wcam.mb.ca).

Sarasvti Productions, an independent theatre company dedicated to promoting social change through theatre, is recruiting members for its board of directors. Will consider applications from those who have an interest in the arts and/or social change and can bring expertise in the areas of marketing, finance, governance and fundraising.
