Canadian Mental Health Association, Winnipeg requires a volunteer who has completed the mental illness recovery process to facilitate the course "Mental Health Education for Families" on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1-4 p.m. from March 26 to April 18 and a volunteer who has a family member with mental illness to co-facilitate the course "Self-Advocacy Leadership Training " for five hours a month. Manitoba Riding for the Disabled, a therapeutic horseback riding program for children with disabilities, is looking for volunteers to act as horse leaders or side walkers. A mandatory Volunteer Orientation will be held March 20, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at West Wind Stables. For more information please visit www.mrda.cc or call 204-925-5905.

African Communities of Manitoba Inc.requires an administrative assistant, 10 hours per week, to offer general reception duties. Contact Maggie at 204- 294-6160 or info@acomi.ca.

Winnipeg Minor Basketball Association requires an athletic, youth-orientated coach to plan/run one practice and one game each week from April to June. Contact Darcy (204) 803-4667 or info@wmba.ca.

Shock Trauma Air Rescue Services (STARS) Foundation requires event volunteers for their fundraiser for three hours on March 9 to assist with tickets, door checks, guests seating and entertainers' needs. Contact Nataly at 855-616-4847 or volunteer@stars.ca.
