Things, Antiques and Gifts Shop, 913 Corydon Ave. fosters interest and provides funding for the Royal Winnipeg Ballet. Volunteer opportunities are available for three hours a week. Information: lschill@mymts.net.

Big Brothers and Sisters of Winnipeg is planning a mother/daughter Golden Girl Gala at the Fairmont, April 27. Female volunteers are needed to set up or run an interactive station such as cookie decorating, crafts, hair, makeup, photo booth, etc. Information: 204-988-8663 or kayla.chafe@bigbrothersbigsisters.ca.

The Manitoba Lung Association is looking for voLUNGteer door-to-door canvassers for the month of May at various Manitoba locations. Information: Elizabeth.brigham@mb.lung.ca or 204-774-5501.

CKUW 95.9 FM requires a community radio pre-production assistant for 21/2 hours each Wednesday morning to work with a visually impaired DJ to review/curate music selections and to prepare a weekly organized set list.
