West Broadway fight yields charges

TWO people face charges after a street fight in West Broadway Wednesday.

A fight broke out between two men, aged 40 and 21, in the front of an apartment building at Broadway and Young Street. A third man, a 19-year-old known to the younger accused, fired a number a rounds from a pellet gun at the 40-year-old, hitting him in the upper body, police said. A 48-year-old woman joined the fight. The victim had non-life-threatening injuries.

Stephen Linden Seymour, 19, is charged. He was detained in custody.

The 48-year-old woman faced an assault charge. She was released.
