INCIDENT 251

When: May 2011 to present

Where: Across the city

A lone male has been targeting numerous Canada Post parking lots and smashing out windows of delivery trucks. To date there have been 23 reported incidents, and 136 trucks damaged. Damage is in excess of $150,000.

INCIDENT 252

When: Nov. 10, 2012

Where: Donald Street and Ellice Avenue

A 69-year-old woman was walking along a sidewalk when a man grabbed her purse strap and ripped it off her shoulder. The victim was knocked to the ground by the force used by the suspect. The suspect's image was captured by a security camera on a nearby business.
