Most people have a cat or dog, but my mom in Brandon has more than just them! Among her pets are a goat named Chester and a donkey called Soar. Soar was raised on a bottle as her mother died giving birth. Definitely a people person animal, she loves human company! Whenever Soar sees anyone in the yard on the farm, she comes running! Then once she loses sight of us, all you hear is a lot of hee-hawing. She loves attention and follows us everywhere we go. — Marcelin Gautron, Winnipeg
