Millennium baby born a week 'late' Delaney Rose Jost was due Christmas Day William and Rose-Ann Jost of Winnipeg are the proud parents of Delaney Rose, who was born at Victoria General Hospital at 12:01 a.m. weighing in at seven pound, six ounce.
