A new year, a new family January continues to be a special time for couple married 12 months ago Marco Silva and Ana Ferreira-Silva proudly show off the city's first baby of 1998. At the time the photo was taken the parents were not sure how they were going to spell their daughters name. The baby's name is Alicia. Or Alisha. Or maybe Alysha. Born eight pounds, six ounces at 12:56 a.m. at the Health Sciences Centre.
