Baby Lisa Chow gets acquainted with her family after becoming the city's 1984 New Year's Baby. Born at Victoria General Hospital, the seven-pound, 6.5 ounce infant was born three minutes and 25 seconds after midnight nine days early. Chow is the daughter of Patrick and Wing-Mui, and is sister to Alan (right).
